Senior Field Operator
Location: Bonnyville, AB
Type: 6-month contract: possibility of conversion to permanent
Schedule: 12-hour days on site / 40 hrs per week in shop
Rate: $30–$35/hour
The Opportunity
Our client is expanding its industrial cleaning operations and is seeking an experienced Senior Field Operator to support steady, year-round work. This is a hands-on field with growth potential as the company builds additional crews in preparation for a busy 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute industrial cleaning work using pressure trucks and high-pressure systems
- Safely haul, stage, and maneuver gooseneck trailers on client sites
- Support daily field operations and assist with crew leadership as required
- Mentor junior operators and promote safe work practices
- Perform shop work during non-project periods
- Maintain compliance with all company and client safety standards
- Industrial cleaning experience (preferred)
- Experience working around pressure trucks and high-pressure equipment
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract (no Class 1 required)
- Proven experience handling gooseneck trailers safely
- Strong safety mindset and situational awareness
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Bonnyville or local area (candidates within ~3 hours may be considered)
- Prior experience in oil & gas industrial services
- Ability to step into a lead role as operations scale
- Competitive hourly compensation
