As a Senior Field Service Manager here, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Drive business growth working closely with Sales team
- Build strong talent
- Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 7~8 years of experience in a leadership role within field service management
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Change management skills (culture change etc.)
- Result driven
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
