We’re looking for a Senior HR Executive to lead and evolve our people function during an exciting phase of growth. Based in Palma, Mallorca, this is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with senior leadership to build a high-performance culture, scale the organisation, and ensure an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related matters
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth and business goals
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, the onboarding process, and building strong pipelines across technical and corporate roles
- Design and deliver performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Drive organisational design and workforce planning as the business scales
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws and HR best practices
- Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment, and overall build the culture
- Build and optimise HR processes, systems, and policies
- Lead and develop the HR function as the company grows
- You MUST have experience in a related sector, such as sustainable fuels, waste-to-fuel, biofuel, low carbon fuel, etc.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role within a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Strong knowledge of Spanish (and other countries is a bonus) employment law and HR practices and conduct regulations
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally
- Experience supporting international and/or multicultural teams
- Passion for building high-performing teams and positive cultures
- Fluent in English and Spanish
