Senior IAM / IGA Engineer – 6 Months Contract – Gentofte, Denmark

37.5 hour week
Hybrid – 2 days on stie, 3 days remote
Possibility of 3 extensions

Essential – 2–3+ years of hands-on technical implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including configuration, customization, maintenance, & troubleshooting in enterprise environments. Strong practical experience with IAM & Access Governance platforms in large-scale, multi-site environments; solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, & role-based access control (RBAC). OT domain exposure is an advantage. Hands-on experience with Active Directory user, group, & lifecycle administration; working knowledge of PowerShell for automation & operational efficiency is a plus. : Proven experience onboarding applications into IAM/IGA platforms. Practiced in SAFe/agile delivery, including participation in PI Planning, system demos, Inspect & Adapt, & close collaboration with Product Management, RTEs, & System Teams.

Senior IAM / IGA Engineer Description
 
  • Own & contribute to the end-to-end IAM solution delivery within the Access Governance domain, ensuring secure, compliant, & fit-for-purpose implementation of the IAM platform across IT & OT environments.
  • Lead & support the architecture & rollout of the IGA solution for the OT domain, engaging with business units, global IT, & OT stakeholders to address regulatory, partner, & customer security requirements.
  • Shape & execute the OT IAM rollout roadmap, onboarding OT assets onto the IGA platform & driving delivery against key GoLive milestones in Q2 2026, Q1 2027, & subsequent phases.
  • Apply & uphold clients IAM security best practices, guidelines, blueprints, & design patterns, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles & OT-specific constraints.
  • Act as a trusted IAM advisor to stakeholders, translating security concerns & regulatory requirements into scalable access governance solutions embedded into operational & delivery processes.

Senior IAM / IGA Engineer day to day responsibilities:
 
  • Support the OT IGA project rollout (continuous asset roll out throughout 2026-2028), including requirement analysis & review, technical & low-level design implementations, review of code, UAT, support pre & post deployment activities.
  • Provide operational platform support including but not limited to: basic user issues & queries, certificate changes, advance troubleshooting, patch & sailpoint security fixes management, performing any release & hotfix)
  • Perform operational user administration tasks for Active Directory (including but not limited to manage users, groups, reset password, access review)
  • Perform application lifecycle management across the IGA solution for all types of applications within the OT landscape (including but not limited to Active Directory, delimited file, Linux, Windows server, REST)
  • Provide support to lead engineer on development & support tasks needed on the IGA platform

Senior IAM / IGA Engineer Requirements
 
  • Experience: 2–3+ years of hands-on technical implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including configuration, customization, maintenance, & troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
  • IAM engineering & operations: Strong practical experience with IAM & Access Governance platforms in large-scale, multi-site environments; solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, & role-based access control (RBAC). OT domain exposure is an advantage.
  • Directory & automation: Hands-on experience with Active Directory user, group, & lifecycle administration; working knowledge of PowerShell for automation & operational efficiency is a plus.
  • Platform delivery & application onboarding: Proven experience onboarding applications into IAM/IGA platforms, applying best practices for integrations, entitlement modeling, & lifecycle workflows.
  • Technical troubleshooting: Ability to support technical maintenance, enhancements, & incident resolution across one or more IAM technologies, ensuring platform stability & security.
  • Agile ways of working: Practiced in SAFe/agile delivery, including participation in PI Planning, system demos, Inspect & Adapt, & close collaboration with Product Management, RTEs, & System Teams.
  • Collaboration & stakeholder management: Ability to work effectively with virtual, culturally diverse teams & stakeholders across multiple time zones, communicating clearly across technical & non-technical audiences.
