Lead the development and implementation of robust inspection plans, provide technical expertise in equipment integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project readiness and seamless start-up.

Job Purpose:
Lead the development and implementation of robust inspection plans, provide technical expertise in equipment integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project readiness and seamless start-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize inspection plans for OES projects.
- Coordinate inspection activities using RBI methodology.
- Conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Provide technical expertise on equipment integrity and compliance with international codes.
- Prepare technical specifications for inspection contracts and participate in tender evaluations.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative inspection methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Material Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in equipment inspection in oil & gas facilities
- Knowledge of RBI, corrosion control, damage mechanisms
- Familiarity with NDT techniques (UT, MT, PT, RT) and advanced NDT
- API certifications (510/570/653)
- Proficiency in Meridium or similar software
- Strong English communication and computer skills
