Location: Stavanger
Main tasks:
- As CBM Engineer/Maintenance SME you will:
- Support the Alliance Lead with maintenance domain expertise, including handling of condition alerts and advices by Alliance partners
- Coordinate and prioritise maintenance-related technical requests across interfaces (asset, central engineering, Alliance partners)
- Contribute to the development and operationalisation of Operation Alliances from a maintenance and integrity perspective
- Participate proactively in working meetings with Alliance partners
- Define and improve performance KPIs and incentive mechanisms that create value for both Company and partners
- Drive condition-based and predictive maintenance ways of working, including effective use of CBM tools and operational equipment data
- Extract, structure and analyse maintenance data from SAP as a foundation for analysis, performance follow-up and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with onshore discipline engineers to identify optimal maintenance strategies for relevant equipment groups
- Contribute to “New Ways of Working” initiatives to optimise Operation Alliances processes and support future integrated operations ways of working in our Integrated Operations Center (IOC))
- Participate in spare parts evaluations and contribute to improved spare parts strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (onshore and offshore experience preferred)
- Experience working with offshore installations and complex interfaces
- Experience collaborating with suppliers and preferably contract/performance management
- Solid competence in maintenance optimisation methods and processes (theoretical and practical)
- Experience in SAP maintenance data extraction and analysis is an advantage
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
- Broad competence across main maintenance disciplines (in prioritised order):
- Mechanical (static and rotating)
- Crane/lifting equipment maintenance understanding
- Automation/instrumentation
- Electrical
- Expertise in condition-based/predictive maintenance philosophy, CBM tools and ways of working
- Analytically understanding and a strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to translate technical insight into structured actions, recommendations and decisions
- Strong collaboration skills and confidence working across organisational and company boundaries
- Collaborative, customer-oriented and comfortable working as “One Team” with partners and internal stakeholders
- Structured, analytic and self-motivated, with a clear “get-things-done” mindset
- Able to manage multiple interfaces and priorities in a complex operational environment
- Curious, improvement-driven and motivated by data-driven maintenance and operational performance
