Our business segment Life Cycle works closely with existing energy installations throughout their entire lifespan — from studies and modifications to technical improvements and operational optimization. Many of these projects are alliances with our client, meaning we collaborate closely. The projects are large and complex, lasting over many years. Part of the project management team is Organizational Development (OD). As our Senior OD Specialist /Manager you will be responsible for designing, planning and executing organizational development activities across all levels of the project organization. The role ensures a high-performing organization aligned with project objectives, while strengthening collaboration in the project and with the customer.

What will you be doing?
- Design and implement a tailored People & Teams Management Plan aligned with company purpose, strategy and change agenda
- Establish and drive a project-specific transformation and improvement agenda
- Ensure effective organizational design and development throughout project phases and drive cross-functional collaboration across the full ”Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)” value chain
- Clarify roles, responsibilities and key interfaces
- Facilitate leadership workshops, team interventions and development initiatives
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to Project Manager and leadership team in topics related to organization, leadership, structure and culture
- Enable leaders to act as change agents and accelerate adoption of new tools, systems and ways of working
- Secure onboarding and integration of new personnel
- Support leaders in performance management and people development
- Strengthen communication, engagement, transparency and alignment across stakeholders
- Drive competence development, culture and employee engagement initiatives
We think you should have:
- Higher relevant degree, preferably from Organizational or Occupational Psychology, Human Resource Management or similar. Strong relevant experience may contribute to lack of formal education
- 10+ years of solid experience within areas like organizational development, transformation, change initiatives, and-or organizational design and implementation
- Strong track record in leadership development, coaching and team effectiveness
- Experience from project and matrix organizations
- Experience with Agile, Lean or similar methodologies is an advantage
- Understands how AI, digitalization and new ways of working impact organizations and competence needs
- Strong commercial mindset, linking organizational choices to project performance and results
- Pragmatic and “hands-on”, able to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Strong communicator, in both Norwegian and English, across levels and disciplines, building trust, engagement and momentum in change processes
- High degree of drive, independence and impact orientation
