Senior Payroll Analyst

We are working with our Major Oil and Gas client, seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join them on an initial 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Research, analyse, and resolve payroll, tax, and superannuation matters for local and expatriate employees.
  • Regularly payroll calculations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Recommend and support the implementation of changes relating to taxation, payroll legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the integrity of payroll systems and data in line with legislation, company policies, and mandatory professional reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to payroll-related projects as required.
  • Act as a key contact for the coordination of payroll audits as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Must have skills:
  • Strong experience in a payroll-related role.
  • A sound understanding of Australian payroll regulations and requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
 Nice to have skills: 
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach.
