We are seeking a Senior Planner to join a major expansion project team. This position plays a critical role in planning and scheduling activities across engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases. The role ensures governance and oversight of contractor and EPCM planning practices, maintaining alignment with project standards and execution strategies.

- Provide schedule governance and assurance across all planning activities.
- Validate construction schedules, challenge assumptions, and confirm logical sequencing.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure accurate and feasible planning inputs.
- Monitor progress, maintain critical path integrity, and intervene where deviations pose risks.
- Support shutdown planning, including SIMOPS and interface management.
- Optimise task sequencing to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct audits and reviews of planning processes for compliance and continuous improvement.
- Assist with planning requirements for related projects within the broader portfolio.
- Strong focus on safety and safe work practices.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6 Professional).
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and field execution constraints.
- Ability to work within EPCM environments and complex projects.
- Relevant engineering or construction planning qualifications.
