Job Description
Job Role - Senior/ Principal MEP Engineer (Building Services) 
Verbal and written communication in English is mandatory

Strong Experience- 

  • 8–15 years of Mechanical Building Services Design experience
  • Strong HVAC Design background
  • Commercial/Residential/Mixed-Use project experience
  • ASHRAE & NFPA knowledge
  • GCC/Middle East project experience

Responsibilities:

  • Support and deliver mechanical design packages for building services projects
  • Work on HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems
  • Ensure designs comply with international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS) and local authority requirements
  • Contribute to sustainable design solutions, including energy-efficient systems
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors
  • Prepare and review technical deliverables
  • Support project delivery from concept through to commissioning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 8–15 years of experience in mechanical building services design
  • Good knowledge of international standards and local authority requirements
  • Experience working on building projects (commercial, residential, mixed-use)
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Middle East experience preferred
