Senior Process Engineer

The OpportunityYou’ll lead technical delivery across water, wastewater, and related projects while supporting strong client relationships and mentoring junior engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high‑quality engineering designs and process solutions
- Lead technical analysis, optimisation, and project delivery
- Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers
- Ensure safety, compliance, and best‑practice standards
- Degree in Chemical Engineering (or similar)
- 6+ years’ experience in water, wastewater, or recycled water
- Strong understanding of treatment processes
- Process modelling experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Confident communicator with solid project management skills
- A mindset for innovation and continuous improvement
