For our international client with extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, we are recruiting Senior Project Developer (Biogas / Biomethane).
The role will be focus on the full-cycle development of biogas and biomethane projects across Poland, with particular emphasis on technical feasibility, permitting strategy, feedstock assessment, and grid injection readiness.
As a key member of the Polish development team, you will lead the identification, evaluation, and advancement of new projects from early-stage concept through to ready-to-build (RtB).

As a key member of the Polish development team, you will lead the identification, evaluation, and advancement of new projects from early-stage concept through to ready-to-build (RtB).
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and securing new project opportunities in the biogas/biomethane segment
- Evaluating feedstock availability (agricultural residues, waste streams, agro-industrial by-products) and long-term supply agreements
- Leading permitting processes, including environmental decisions, zoning conditions, construction permits, and grid/gas network connection procedures
- Coordinating with engineering teams on plant concept design, technology selection, and capacity optimization
- Managing external stakeholders: landowners, municipalities, regulators, gas network operators, and local communities
- Bringing projects to ready-to-build status in line with internal development milestones
