Contract period: ASAP - 31.12.2027
Location: Stavanger
Main tasks:
- The role will be part of the project activities in Projects, Technical Services and Late Life department project team.
- The responsibilities of the position may involve a wide range of activities such as:
- Field development of a subsea asset.
- Decommissioning of subsea assets.
- Management of our M&M activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical background and relevant experience from offshore oil and gas projects.
- Experience from decommissioning and late-life projects will be highly advantageous.
- Engineering degree or equivalent relevant technical education
- Significant experience from offshore oil and gas projects
- Experience with subsea and/or offshore decommissioning.
- Good understanding of decommissioning concepts, disposal alternatives and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Experience with technical studies, SOW development, tendering, and contractor follow-up.
- Experience with preparation and/or review of regulatory documentation and authority interfaces.
- Experience supporting project Decision Gate (DG) processes.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned activities while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Norwegian is an advantage.
