Contract period: 16.01.2026 - 31.12.2026
Location: Haugesund, Bergen
Main tasks:
- Perform structural design development and analyses for main steel.
- Perform structural design development and analyses for secondary- and outfitting steel structures, e.g. external platforms and support for large equipment and for temporary steel structures.
- Perform linear and non-linear structural analyses by use of SESAM and Abaqus software.
- Write structural design reports.
- Perform engineering check of structural design/fabrication drawings.
- Interface towards other disciplines.
Qualifications:
- Master in Structural Engineering.
- 8 years in global analysis of offshore structures.
- Experience in leading design and analysis of offshore structures.
- Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment.
- Ability to work independently and thorough as well as ability to work in team.
- Good multidisciplinary understanding.
- Have a high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements.
- Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others.
