Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of engineering solutions in full compliance with specifications, international codes, SBM standards, and industry regulations.
- Plan, manage, and deliver engineering activities and technical deliverables within the agreed schedule and budget.
- Ensure proper management of system interfaces and cross‑discipline coordination.
- Apply lessons learned and assess the impact of changes across the project scope.
- Coordinate closely with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties in line with contractual and internal requirements.
- Act as Package Engineer, overseeing the technical design, procurement, and manufacturing of assigned packages when required.
- Provide guidance and leadership to engineers within your assigned scope.
- Act as Discipline Lead for a defined work package.
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry (offshore experience is an advantage).
- Solid understanding of engineering processes within an international project environment.
