We are seeking an experienced Senior System Engineer (Development) specializing in Data Analytics and Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, while driving business process optimization and delivering actionable insights.

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Engineer (Development) specializing in Data Analytics and Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, while driving business process optimization and delivering actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience in software development/data analytics.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
- Strong expertise in designing user-friendly and intuitive applications.
- Solid understanding of:
- Data modeling concepts
- Business process automation
- Proficiency in database design and writing efficient queries.
- Experience with Power Platform licensing models, including:
- Power Apps (per user/per app)
- Power Automate flows
- Power BI Pro
- Dataverse storage
- Ability to recommend cost-effective licensing strategies and optimize license utilization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365 is a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps to meet organizational needs.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
- Use Dataverse and other data sources to securely store and manage application data.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to:
- Gather requirements
- Understand challenges
- Define success metrics
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and security standards.
- Provide technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Deliver user support and training for developed applications and solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Identify opportunities to drive automation and innovation within business processes.
- Analyze business requirements to recommend optimal licensing strategies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to track and manage license usage effectively.
- Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces with optimal usability across devices.
- Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to enhance application usability and performance.
