Senior Technical HSE Engineer
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Chartered/Professional Engineer certification preferred.
Experience
  • 10+ years of post-graduate experience, including 6+ years in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Technical HSE engineering standards, codes, and practices.
  • Experience in engineering project delivery, safety compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and technical reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical HSE engineering support across all project phases, from concept and FEED to detailed design and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, HSE requirements, and project quality objectives.
  • Conduct site surveys, technical reviews, risk assessments, and engineering studies.
  • Review and approve technical documents, method statements, bid packages, and contract variations.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor engineering schedules and support effective project execution.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering standards and best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support technical competency development.
