Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Chartered/Professional Engineer certification preferred.
- 10+ years of post-graduate experience, including 6+ years in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of Technical HSE engineering standards, codes, and practices.
- Experience in engineering project delivery, safety compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical reporting skills.
- Provide Technical HSE engineering support across all project phases, from concept and FEED to detailed design and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, HSE requirements, and project quality objectives.
- Conduct site surveys, technical reviews, risk assessments, and engineering studies.
- Review and approve technical documents, method statements, bid packages, and contract variations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor engineering schedules and support effective project execution.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical competency development.
