We are seeking an experienced Service Site Manager to lead installation, commissioning, testing and handover activities across major electrical projects.
You will be the key point of contact on-site, coordinating service teams, contractors and customers while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You will be the key point of contact on-site, coordinating service teams, contractors and customers while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site installation, commissioning, testing and handover activities
- Coordinate engineers, technicians, contractors and other site resources
- Act as the main point of contact between the customer and project/service teams
- Manage site schedules, resources and day-to-day project activities
- Lead site meetings and resolve technical or operational issues
- Ensure all work is completed in line with HSE, quality and project requirements
- Conduct and document site and job safety inspections
- Manage customer concerns and maintain strong working relationships
- Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve customer operations
- Experience in Site Management, Service Management or Project Management within an electrical/industrial environment
- Strong experience with installation and commissioning activities
- Proven ability to lead engineers, technicians and contractors on-site
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of HSE, quality and site safety requirements
- Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
