Job Title: Services Specialist 1 - Customer Order and Fulfillment/Billing Specialist
Location: Iraq - Basra
Rotation / Work Schedule: Rotation / Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours a day. (With flexibility to work on weekends) Languages Required & Proficiency Level: Arabic & English - written & spoken. Role-based (Office, Onshore, Offshore or Workshop): Office Based
Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable based on performance and business need) Salary can be discussed + Overtime, as applicable.
Role Summary:-
The main role is billing, with responsibility for managing customer orders, raising invoices, submitting invoices to customers, and following up with the PLs on their billing plans.
Essential Responsibilities:-
Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately in the system.
Track invoice status and provide regular updates to the relevant stakeholders.
Resolve invoice discrepancies.
Perform month-end activities and ensure all required documents are properly accrued/accounted for.

Currently residing in Basra; good written and spoken English; ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.

- Years of experience: 2 to 3 years
- Field of experience: customer services - accounting - order management or supply chain.
- Technical Skills: Order processing, data entry, invoice tracking, and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): Excel, Outlook & SAP (preferred).
- Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain
- Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Experience in the oil & gas industry is preferred.

- Required Accreditations / Qualifications / Certification / Licenses including Driving License: I would suggest Not mandatory, relevant supply chain, accounting, or customer service certification is preferred.”
