Role - Shutdonw Maintenance Planner
A CCGT power plant in Marchienne-au-Pont, Belgium, will undergo a major overhaul in summer 2027.
Shutdown activities are already being prepared while the power plant remains operational and will be executed in an environment of intense activity (Maintenance, Modifications, and Projects), in strict compliance with site safety requirements.
Maintenance activities are constrained by a maximum allowable duration to limit operational unavailability on the electricity network.
The service provider will support the Shutdown Manager in the preparation and continuous updating of the overhaul schedule.

- Development and maintenance of the overall schedule for the 2027 major shutdown, covering:
- Preparation phase
- Execution phase
- Final consolidation phase
- Integration of schedules from all involved parties (external contractors, plant preparers)
- Definition of:
- Start and end of unit shutdown
- Testing requirements
- Lockout / release steps
- Availability of circuits and systems
- Integration of additional work via an adapted digital scheduling tool
- Alignment with shutdown work permits
- Maintenance, repair, and storage location plans
- Site access, circulation, and parking maps
- Post‑shutdown feedback and identification of improvement areas

- Participation in daily coordination meetings to track progress and manage co‑activities

- Management of Change (MOC) monitoring during the major overhaul
