Benefits
- 12 month contract
- $51 - $58 per hour + super
- 2:1 roster
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Experienced in coordinating travel and onboarding processes for contractors and personnel
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting
- Adaptable and open to process changes to support continuous improvement
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, rosters, and site access for site owners’ team and contractors
- Manage contractor mobilisation, onboarding, and site compliance documentation
- Support HSE functions and assist with site communications, event coordination, and site resource management
- Maintain onsite inventory of supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Facilitate the delivery of inductions, training, and assist with general site operational administration
