Role Overview

The Project Site Coordinator supports the Site Manager and site team by managing administrative and coordination activities that ensure an efficient, well-organized site environment. The role enables site resources to focus on their core technical tasks by maintaining structure, oversight, and smooth day-to-day operations. The position operates on-site and works closely with project and business support functions.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer site reporting, progress tracking, and presentations.
  • Support site meetings, including minutes, action tracking, and follow-up.
  • Organize site onboarding and provide guidance to new site personnel.
  • Track site personnel presence, working hours, and timesheet data.
  • Maintain site records, databases, and administrative systems.
  • Coordinate site logistics such as travel, deliveries, facilities, and local transportation.
  • Support continuous improvement of site processes and general administrative activities.
Profile
  • Experience in site coordination, administration, or project support within construction or industrial environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative processes.
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with diverse site stakeholders.
  • Proficient in standard office software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, site-based environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work in accordance with site safety, quality, and business procedures.
