In this context, three separate sites will be integrated in the future. Construction of the cracker is currently underway; Commissioning is planned in the coming months, and production will start in 2027. This site will house several factories and companies that must be harmoniously connected to each other.
To steer this in the right direction, we are looking for an F&I Project Lead. This person will be responsible for supervising the integration projects in the context of the Facilities & Infrastructure (F&I) of the three future entities. This is done in close collaboration with the Site Facility Lead and under the wings of the Facilities & Infrastructure Program Manager.

To steer this in the right direction, we are looking for an F&I Project Lead. This person will be responsible for supervising the integration projects in the context of the Facilities & Infrastructure (F&I) of the three future entities. This is done in close collaboration with the Site Facility Lead and under the wings of the Facilities & Infrastructure Program Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up processes to ensure that the F&I is properly managed and operational in time for the start-up of the ethane cracker at the Project One site.
- Professional project management (including budget management, scope determination and quality control), reporting and follow-up of milestones within various projects, typical for an industrial (chemical) site. This includes the maintenance and repair of roads on site, signage, access control, the management of temporary and permanent warehouse solutions, weighbridges, barriers and fences, etc.
- Depending on the project, you take the lead or make an expert substantive contribution.
- You play a key role in the integration process of the three entities by making clear and supported agreements regarding the F&I assets.
Desired profile:
- At least 10 years of experience in site infrastructure management.
- Technically skilled and experience with complex industrial environments (experience in the chemical sector is a plus, but not a requirement).
- Demonstrable experience as a project manager.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong in collaboration, with the ability to determine your role flexibly in relation to other parties involved.
- Strong problem-solving skills: pragmatic approach, result-oriented without falling into theoretical models – someone who rolls up his sleeves.
- Driven, energetic and with a pronounced "desire" to move things forward.
- Preferably in Dutch (given the close cooperation with technical profiles).
- Also proficient in English – about half of colleagues are British and half of meetings are in English.
