The Integration Site Facility Manager plays a critical role in supporting the integration of the project into the existing O&P Europe business. Reporting to the Pillar 1 Lead and working in close collaboration with the F&I (Facilities & Infrastructure) Project Lead, Pillar 1 Analyst, this position is pivotal in ensuring the successful setup, delivery, and operational readiness of all Facility-related aspects for the integrated site.
The successful candidate will contribute significantly to ensuring that the site Facilities, systems, and services are fully contracted, aligned, and operationalized in preparation for startup.
Key Responsibilities
• This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing relocation and fitout projects on the site.
• This includes but is not limited to:
▪ Delivering a comprehensive Workplace Management Strategy and Plan
for the site.
▪ Manage relocation projects from start to finish. (move-in / move-out)
▪ Coordinate the fit-out of the new admin campus and support buildings.
▪ Organize the move-in/out process for the occupants. (interfaced with the
construction schedules and end-state requirements)
▪ Contracting (in collaboration with Procurement Workstream) &
Launching (soft & hard) Facilities Services
▪ Stakeholder Management
▪ Ensuring compliance and safety in all aspects
▪ Operational management and fade-out of the temporary facilities
• Engage with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure alignment on
objectives, requirements, and end-state configuration, from interim operating models
through to steady-state operations.
• Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships from RFP stage through to
execution, including performance monitoring, contract compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain rigorous control over quality, cost, and schedule—escalating critical issues
promptly to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide communication and feedback regarding ongoing projects
• Support change management in various F&I related implementation projects
• Support the Pillar 1 Lead with ongoing project reporting and performance monitoring
(e.g., KPIs, milestone tracking).
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
o Minimum 10 years in Facility Management, including workplace strategy
and relocation projects.
o Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly with
transformation projects.
Commercial & Contractual Expertise:
o Strong insights in managing third-party service providers and Soft & Hard Facility
vendors.
o Experience in Catering tenders is a plus
Industry Background:
o Experience in asset-intensive sectors such as energy, chemicals, oil & gas,
nuclear, or utilities is highly desirable.
Technical & Safety Knowledge:
o In-depth understanding of operational and safety requirements within a
manufacturing or industrial context.
Skills:
o Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to rapidly assess situations,
identify key issues, and implement practical solutions.
o Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills—capable of
influencing across functional and hierarchical boundaries.
o Strong organizational skills, strategic mindset, hands-on approach.
Languages:
o Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and verbal
