- Expertise in building mechanical, electrical systems, and critical installations.
- Proven ability to lead daily operations of hard services ensuring safety, reliability, and continuous operation.
- Practical experience with maintenance planning, budgeting, and CMMS systems.
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards.
- Effective liaison among corporate real estate (CRE), facilities management (FM), and vendors.
- Proficiency in preparing professional reports and conducting meetings.
- Skilled in Advanced Data Analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with EHS regulations specific to high-tech environments.
- Competence in root cause analysis techniques (RCA, 8D, A3) and corrective/preventative action planning.
- High responsibility, initiative, and stress management capabilities.
- Experience with lean production and safety management.
- Strong leadership in team management and organizational integration.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO audits and reporting frameworks in high-tech manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex industrial facilities or similar environments.
- Fluency in English for effective communication with international teams and formal documentation.
- Willingness to travel quarterly to Tainan factory.
- Ability to support client meetings and prepare official documents for global stakeholders.
