Site Manager - New Taipei

Required Skills:

• Expertise in building mechanical, electrical systems, and critical installations.
• Proven ability to lead daily operations of hard services ensuring safety, reliability, and continuous operation.
• Practical experience with maintenance planning, budgeting, and CMMS systems.
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards.
• Effective liaison among corporate real estate (CRE), facilities management (FM), and vendors.
• Proficiency in preparing professional reports and conducting meetings.
• Skilled in Advanced Data Analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with EHS regulations specific to high-tech environments.
• Competence in root cause analysis techniques (RCA, 8D, A3) and corrective/preventative action planning.
• High responsibility, initiative, and stress management capabilities.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with lean production and safety management.
• Strong leadership in team management and organizational integration.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO audits and reporting frameworks in high-tech manufacturing.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex industrial facilities or similar environments.
• Fluency in English for effective communication with international teams and formal documentation.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel quarterly to Tainan factory.
• Ability to support client meetings and prepare official documents for global stakeholders.
