Role Overview
This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising electrical construction and installation activities within a complex project environment. The position ensures full compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
Acting as a key interface between contractors, site management, and other disciplines, the role supports efficient project execution by monitoring progress, managing deviations, and contributing to commissioning and acceptance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise electrical construction and installation activities, ensuring alignment with approved layouts and execution plans
  • Monitor project progress with a focus on cost, schedule, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Participate in construction meetings and provide regular progress updates to site and project management
  • Collaborate closely with site managers and other disciplines to ensure effective interface coordination and overall project efficiency
  • Identify and document contractor or subcontractor deficiencies and support the preparation of defect notices where required
  • Review and evaluate contractor variation claims and change order proposals
  • Assist in the verification and approval of progress and final invoices, including measurements
  • Support the acceptance process for partial and full project scopes
  • Coordinate and supervise initial electrical energization and commissioning activities
  • Prepare, conduct, and follow up on inspector acceptance tests
Requirements Profile
  • Qualification as an engineer, technician, or master craftsman in electrical engineering
  • Strong safety awareness and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., VDE)
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working approach
  • Strong team player with clear communication skills, reliability, and openness to feedback
  • Experience in nuclear technology is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken)
  • Valid security clearance in accordance with Section 12b of the German Atomic Energy Act (AtG)
  • Certified Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK)
Proficiency in MS Office and structured document management
