Site Project Coordinator- HVDC Construction & Commissioning (On‑Site)
Location: Adelanto, CA
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm (40 hrs/week)
Assignment End Date: May 31, 2027
Certification: OSHA 10 (provided if needed)
Work Environment: HVDC Converter Station construction site; no remote work
Role Summary
The Site Project Coordinator supports the HVDC Construction & Commissioning team by managing daily site office operations, documentation, personnel processes, and cross‑functional coordination. This role ensures efficient administrative support for a diverse, fast‑paced project environment and reports administratively to the Site Manager and functionally to the HVDC Site Support Team Leader (North America).
You are a proactive, detail oriented coordinator comfortable managing diverse administrative and operational tasks in a fast paced, multicultural environment. You communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and work effectively with both site leadership and cross functional teams. You are known as a “friendly face” and have a knack for gathering information. Our Construction & Commissioning team is wildly diverse with people coming from several different countries and continents. Being a champion of safety, respect, and team culture is critical for the overall project team to thrive. You are open to direct communication, able to hear feedback and adjust accordingly. Additionally, you can communicate openly (and appropriately) with the Site Manager and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365, SAP (Reiwa, Fieldglass, Ariba), xECM, Bluebeam, ServiceNow, Windows based PC, iPad, iPhone
Requirements
• 5+ years of administrative experience, ideally in construction or project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail in timekeeping and reporting activities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
• Advanced aptitude for collecting, organizing, and maintaining records, reports, and documentation with precision.

- Maintain project documentation, weekly reports, meeting minutes, and action‑item tracking
- Support onboarding/offboarding, visitor coordination, and personnel records
- Track timesheets and on‑site personnel presence
- Manage office operations, deliveries, vehicles, housing, and local service providers
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, PPE, and shared equipment
- Assist with travel, lodging, and relocation coordination
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems (SharePoint, xECM)
- Support team engagement and site culture initiatives
