Site Quality Inspector Location: Pecos, TX (On-site)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible 13-week extension)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Approx. 60 hours/week, overtime expected)
Conversion Possibility: Yes, based on performance and future project needs
Role Overview The Site Quality Inspector will support quality assurance activities at the Pecos site, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project specifications. This role involves witness tests, identifying nonconformances, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain documentation.

Role Overview The Site Quality Inspector will support quality assurance activities at the Pecos site, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project specifications. This role involves witness tests, identifying nonconformances, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Witness mechanical and electrical tests and verify compliance with standards.
- Identify and document nonconformances; write NCRs and work with engineering to resolve.
- Validate quality processes and ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Identify and track punch list items; assist in closing them out.
- Collaborate with the Quality Lead to manage NCRs and punch list closure.
- Compile and maintain quality documentation for project records.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Acceptable: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of quality inspection or quality management experience on construction sites.
- Proven experience managing NCRs and punch list items.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical testing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Safety-minded and collaborative.
- Experience with electrical and controls commissioning.
- Understanding of chemical process equipment.
- Travel: Required to be on-site in Pecos, TX.
- Tools & Access: Laptop, Slack, Email provided.
- Pay Rate: Market-based (to be determined).
