Site Quality Specialist Based in Santa Teresa, NM- Travel across NM, AZ, TX
Full-Time, On-Site as Assigned

The Site Quality Specialist ensures that all site and field activities- from civil and mechanical erection to electrical installation and commissioning- meet contractual, regulatory, and internal quality standards. This role is central to maintaining robust QA/QC processes, coordinating inspections, and driving compliance across complex construction and commissioning environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Project Quality Managers

  • Interpret and apply contractual and local quality regulations

  • Confirm Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and erection documentation are in place before work begins

  • Review contractor Quality Plans for alignment with project and customer requirements

  • Validate inspections and testing activities throughout erection and commissioning

  • Oversee preparation and submission of final quality documentation to customers and authorities

  • Track site completion status, certifications, and punch-list items

  • Ensure calibration and documentation of all testing/measurement equipment

  • Assess site quality performance and manage non-conformances

  • Report cost of poor quality and support continuous improvement

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Quality Assurance/Control and Process Management for construction and commissioning

  • Strong background in EPC, Power, or Energy industries

  • Proven experience in change management within large, complex organizations

  • Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and test coordination

  • Proficiency with completion systems and digital tools
