- Relevant experience in facilities or property management within complex environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to drive organisational change
- Ability to translate complex challenges into clear, strategic, and practical solutions
- Skilled at balancing expert input, risk, business needs, and safety in decision-making
- Experience managing contractor performance, budgeting, maintenance, and compliance
- Confident in fostering inclusive, high-performing team cultures
Job Role
- Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality facility management across global corporate offices
- Oversee contractor delivery, budget governance, asset lifecycle planning, and maintenance activities
- Lead workplace safety and risk stewardship initiatives, supporting governance and compliance processes
- Manage relationships with landlords, oversee office readiness, and maintain accurate facility data and reporting
- Provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on facility standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and engage team members to drive continuous improvement of facility systems and processes
