The Senior Facilities Technician (Electrical-Oriented) is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting facility and manufacturing electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable operations. This role serves as a senior technical resource, with a primary focus on industrial electrical systems, while supporting general facilities maintenance as needed. Key

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems including switchgear, panels, MCCs, transformers, UPS, generators, lighting, and power distribution (up to 480V).
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and facility systems.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards; support LOTO procedures.
  • Respond to facilities maintenance calls and emergency situations.
  • Coordinate work with contractors and service providers.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to facilities technicians.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS and support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; technical/trade education preferred.
  • 7+ years of facilities or industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical focus.
  • Demonstrated experience with industrial power distribution systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Additional Information
  • Day Shift 
  • Mandatory to work every other weekend
  • Can work up to 65 hours a week (optional)
