Role purpose
Lead end-to-end delivery of onshore civil & infrastructure projects (preferably within an oil & gas environment) from concept through execution, handover, and close-out—ensuring scope, cost, schedule, quality, and HSE objectives are met.

Minimum requirements
- BSc in Engineering (higher degree preferred)
- Professional membership (engineering / project management institute) is an advantage
- 12+ years experience in engineering + project management + execution of civil/infrastructure projects (oil & gas preferred)
- Strong experience across the project lifecycle (feasibility, concept optimization, FEED, EPIC) and multi-discipline coordination
- Strong communication, presentation, meeting management, and report-writing skills
- Lead and coordinate project teams providing full project management services from inception to completion and handover.
- Prepare and implement Project Execution Plans and QHSE Plans.
- Monitor and support planning, cost control, budgeting, contract administration, progress reporting, change management, and gate approvals.
- Manage multi-discipline engineering coordination; drive timely resolution of technical issues to achieve cost-effective design.
- Support tendering: prepare tender packages, participate in evaluations, and provide recommendations to tender committees.
- Maintain risk registers and ensure risks are actively mitigated.
- Interface with end users and external stakeholders (authorities, third parties/JVs).
- Support resolution of variations and contractor claims.
- Contribute to updates of internal procedures/guidelines when assigned.
- Mentor and develop national developees through structured on-the-job coaching.
