Role Summary
The Storekeeper is responsible for the day-to-day management and control of project materials, equipment and inventory held within onshore warehouse facilities and offshore locations. The role acts as the focal point for all project warehouse activities, ensuring materials are received, stored, preserved, tracked and issued in accordance with project requirements and company procedures.
The Storekeeper will maintain visibility of material status, coordinate material movements between warehouse, workshops and offshore locations, and provide regular reporting to support construction, commissioning and operational activities.

Accountabilities
• Receive, inspect and process incoming materials and equipment, ensuring items are
free from damage and match purchase order and shipping documentation.
• Record and report any discrepancies, shortages, damages or non-conformances.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within STAR IPS and ensure materials are
correctly linked to equipment and tag structures.
• Coordinate material receipts, storage, issues, transfers, repairs and returns.
• Ensure materials and equipment are stored in accordance with vendor requirements
and preservation procedures.
• Plan, monitor and coordinate material movements between warehouse facilities,
workshops and offshore locations.
• Provide regular reports on material status, inventory levels, receipts, issues and
outstanding deliveries.
• Perform routine stock counts and inventory reconciliations and investigate
discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse organisation, housekeeping and safe storage practices.
• Coordinate transportation, import/export activities, customs requirements and
dangerous goods shipments as required.
• Support identification, segregation and disposal of surplus or obsolete materials.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project material management and warehouse related queries.
• Work in collaboration with project logistics coordinator.

Qualification and Experience
• Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or material management within the oil and gas, marine or construction industry.
• Experience with inventory management systems and material tracking databases.
• Good understanding of material preservation requirements and warehouse best practices.
• Knowledge of offshore logistics, customs processes and dangerous goods requirements is desirable.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
