The scope includes open pit operations, processing facilities, tailings management, and associated site infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to support the design and delivery of critical mining infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to support the design and delivery of critical mining infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Engage in structural engineering design across mining infrastructure including buildings, foundations, equipment support structures, and site facilities.
- Deliver structural analysis and design in accordance with Australian and international standards.
- Perform advanced modelling and analysis using STAAD.Pro and Strand7.
- Produce structural calculations, technical specifications, and material take-offs.
- Resolve complex design challenges and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Support procurement through technical bid evaluations.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering, project management, and construction teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 7+ years experience in structural engineering, preferably within mining or heavy industrial projects.
- Strong experience in structural design of foundations, retaining walls, and steel/concrete structures.
- Proficiency in 3D structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, Strand7).
- Proven ability to lead design activities and collaborate across disciplines.
