About the Role We are seeking motivated and talented Offshore Structural Engineers to join a leading engineering team delivering complex offshore energy projects. Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural engineering analysis and detailed design activities in compliance with project specifications, international codes, and industry standards.
- Develop practical and optimized engineering solutions for offshore structures and mooring systems.
- Prepare and deliver engineering calculations, reports, technical documents, and design deliverables within agreed schedules.
- Ensure technical interfaces are effectively managed across disciplines and project teams.
- Support concept development, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply lessons learned and assess the impact of engineering changes across project boundaries.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties to ensure technical alignment and successful project delivery.
- Ensure all work is executed in accordance with contractual requirements and internal engineering processes.
- Engineering Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 10 years of engineering experience.
- Knowledge of structural analysis and engineering design principles.
- Familiarity with offshore industry standards and engineering practices is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international environments.
