This is a key offshore leadership role responsible for managing complex subsea completion operations on a high-profile development programme. The successful candidate will oversee operational execution, contractor coordination, HSE performance and operational optimisation throughout the completion phase of offshore wells. The successful candidate will oversee operational execution, contractor coordination, HSE performance and operational optimisation throughout the completion phase of offshore wells. Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore subsea and completion operations safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate contractor personnel and service providers.
- Support operational planning and risk assessment activities.
- Manage subsea completion campaigns and intervention activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduction of non-productive time.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and HSE requirements.
- Participate in operational debriefs, lessons learned and performance reviews.
- Ensure accurate operational reporting and well handover documentation.
- Monitor equipment utilisation and contractor performance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years' Oil & Gas experience.
- Minimum 7 years in a similar subsea/completion supervisory position.
- Proven offshore subsea completion experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Landing Strings
- Coil Tubing
- Slickline
- Well Testing
- ROV Operations
- Tubing Hanger Installation
- Xmas Tree Installation
- Open Water Interventions
- Experience supervising contractor teams offshore.
- Valid IWCF Well Control Certificate.
- Current BOSIET/HUET certification.
- Fluent English communication skills.
