Subsea Logistics / Material Coordinator
 
Contract period: 09.02.2026 - 29.01.2027
Location: Stavanger

Main tasks:
  • Develop strategy and adhere to Company subsea material handling procedures
  • Manage and act as focal point of contact for processes related to material logistics, handling and preservation within project
  • Ensure equipment are handed over to operations / SCM from project in a controlled manner
  • Responsible for logistics of company owned equipment post handover (efficient delivery, transport and receipt)
  • Follow-up EWC (Equipment to Warehouse) completion process
  • Facilitate regular “CPI-meetings” within SSA and towards other affected stakeholders (topside/D&W)
  • Follow-up SPIR process
  • Responsible for correct registration of spare equipment and tools in relevant systems and applications
  • Ensure that storage strategy and locations for spare equipment and tools are optimal for Project and Operations, including transition between supplier and company sites where relevant
  • Site follow-up to ensure that storage and maintenance are performed according to agreed requirements
  • Responsible for follow-up of process related to equipment mobilised to offshore sites (SAP Z-015 and planning in PIMS)
  • Responsible for follow-up of Contractor at storage site to ensure maintenance and preservation programs are adhered to in a systematic manner
  • Proactive participation in relevant forums, identify gaps and improvements related to material handling processes
  • The role will need to be sporadic present at project/operations storage locations, such as Ågotnes, for close follow-up of equipment together with Contractor

Qualifications:
  • Experience with subsea project field development and equipment from operator
  • Knowledge related to storage, preservation and material handling processes   
  • Strong HSE focus, and use of SAFER in daily work
  • Collaborative, pro-active and solution oriented
  • Good communication skills, structured way of working
