SALARY & BENEFITS (Contract Role)
• $1,920 per day (including Super)
• 2/1 roster
• 6–8 month contract with potential for extension
• Fortnightly pay via a modern online payroll system
• Strong site facilities and established project systems
• Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant and support team throughout your contract
• Invitations to NES Fircroft contractor events
• Access to future contract opportunities through our extensive client network
ABOUT YOU
• Experienced Superintendent or high‑performing Supervisor ready to step up
• Strong background in major construction projects (mining or heavy industry preferred)
• Ability to lead teams, manage contractors and drive safe, efficient delivery
• Electrical qualification preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)
• Holds or can obtain the required SSE‑related WHS/Risk competencies
THE JOB ROLE
• Join a leading mining organisation delivering major brownfield and greenfield projects
• Lead construction execution for a defined scope, ensuring safety, quality and schedule performance
• Oversee contractor performance, risk management and construction planning
• Influence project outcomes through strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and disciplined execution
• First priorities include establishing construction readiness, validating plans, and driving safe mobilisation
