Job Title: Supervisor, Accounting
Summary: Responsible for managing end-to-end statutory audits, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective coordination with auditors and internal teams.

Summary: Responsible for managing end-to-end statutory audits, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective coordination with auditors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements as per Ind AS and statutory norms
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure audit schedules, reconciliations, and documentation accuracy
- Track audit progress and meet deadlines
- Manage tax audit, annual filings, transfer pricing, and advance tax
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and applicable laws
- Implement audit recommendations for process improvement
- CA + Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting
- 7–10 years in statutory audit/financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP/MSD
- Experience with Big 4/audit firms preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
- 100% on-time audit completion
- Zero material errors in financials
- Minimal audit adjustments (<2%)
- Full compliance and timely issue resolution
