Supply Chain Master Data Analyst Note: This is an operational role focused on day‑to‑day master data management and will not be involved in project work.
The Opportunity The Supply Chain Master Data Analyst is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain master data throughout its lifecycle. This role partners with internal teams across multiple functional areas, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure high-quality, consistent, and accurate master data that supports business operations.
This position reports to the Manager, Master Data Management & Process Optimization. It functions as an individual contributor, working closely with Master Data Management (MDM) team members to support team goals, participate in meetings, share knowledge, and strengthen master data processes.

Key Responsibilities Master Data Management
- Manage master data intake requests and provide analysis to resolve recurring data issues.
- Create and maintain master data using Winshuttle, MDM tools, Microsoft Office, and SAP.
- Review data submissions to ensure completeness, quality, and accuracy prior to processing.
- Conduct periodic data audits, integrity checks, and validation activities.
- Ensure adherence to master data standards, data dictionaries, approver matrices, process maps, and change logs.
- Maintain data quality through duplicate checks, obsolescence reviews, and compliance monitoring.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners regarding master data requests.
- Collaborate with requestors to ensure complete and accurate data submissions before approval and upload.
- Provide customer service and intake support to internal and external clients.
- Understand cross-functional impacts of data (e.g., reporting, inventory management, accounts payable) and recommend improvements to current processes.
- Participate in internal MDM initiatives and cross-functional activities involving master data, including UAT and design requirement discussions.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and refinement of process documentation, workflows, and training materials.
- Support knowledge transfer and cross-training efforts across the MDM team.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of master data processes.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and work standards.
- Complete on-site training requirements for business clients when needed.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across all work activities.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP and Winshuttle.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks within tight timelines.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Background in supply chain functional areas such as materials management, maintenance planning, or warehousing.
- Experience delivering training or providing user support.
