Location: Altona, Victoria | Office-based
Roster: 4 days on / 3 days off or 5 days on / 2 days off
We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to support the coordination of gas, NGL, condensate and other energy product sales across Australian upstream operations.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to support the coordination of gas, NGL, condensate and other energy product sales across Australian upstream operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily customer gas nominations and resolve supply/nominations issues.
- Coordinate gas and NGL marketing activities and production planning meetings.
- Manage short-term sales reporting and customer nomination systems.
- Review sales offers and agreements against available volumes and maintenance requirements.
- Monitor Australian gas market developments and provide market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Forecast near-term gas liftings and communicate requirements to Joint Venture operators.
- Build relationships with AEMO, customers, JV partners, pipeline and storage operators.
- Prepare month-end reporting covering liftings, pricing, downtime and demand forecasting.
- Support gas market payables and electricity procurement activities.
About You
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in wholesale gas markets is highly regarded.
- Experience with a gas producer, retailer, industrial buyer, storage/pipeline operator or market body is advantageous.
Additional Information
- Monday attendance is mandatory.
- Participation in a 24/7 duty phone roster, with applicable overtime, loading and allowances.
- Backup duty coverage required when other team members are unavailable.
- Minimal travel, with approximately one domestic trip per year.
