Our client, an Oil & Gas Operator, are seeking a recent graduate to join their Sustainability team. This is a Perth office-based role.

The role will support all C&S disclosures including:
- Sustainability Report
- C&S content included in financial reporting
- The Sustainability section of the website
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements
- Engage with Finance and Investor Relations to gain relevant information
- Supporting related assurance and verification processes with broader C&S team and SMEs
- Participate in the C&S Evolving & Future Reporting Working Group and advise the business on new and emerging international C&S disclosure requirements, standards and industry practice
- Support the Sustainability Lead in working with Finance to ensure business readiness for ISSB/AASB and other emerging C&S requirements
- Support the Sustainability Lead in working with Sustainability Strategy team to deliver the materiality assessment process
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, environment or similar (mandatory) from an Australian tertiary institution.
- 65%+ WAM
- Strong data skills to support reporting
- Ability to take multiple data points and synthesise into a cohesive thesis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with external partners within Australia and internationally
- Entry level project management skills from the scoping stage to final project delivery would be an advantage
