About the Role
We are seeking an experienced System Completions Lead (Rotating Equipment) to provide technical leadership and commissioning oversight for major LNG compression projects. The successful candidate will support pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and operational handover activities while ensuring the effective implementation of system completions and commissioning processes across complex Oil & Gas projects.
Key Responsibilities
โ Provide technical oversight for rotating equipment commissioning activities across major LNG projects.
โ Review commissioning procedures, startup methodologies, vendor reports, and technical submissions from EPC contractors and vendors.
โ Support the development and continuous improvement of commissioning standards, procedures, technical specifications, and lessons learned documentation.
โ Participate in FATs, SATs, package testing, mechanical run testing, vibration analysis, flushing activities, and commissioning readiness reviews.
โ Support project teams in achieving startup readiness, operational handover, and key project milestones.
โ Conduct technical reviews, audits, system walkdowns, and commissioning reviews while supporting issue resolution and closeout.
โ Interface with project teams, EPC contractors, vendors, and operations personnel to ensure successful system completion and project delivery.
Requirements
Education
๐ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
Experience
โ Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas commissioning experience.
โ Minimum 1 year in a supervisory, lead, or specialist technical oversight role.
โ Strong experience with compressors, turbines, pumps, drivers, lubrication systems, seal systems, and package equipment.
โ Experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and operational handover activities.
โ Experience supporting large EPC projects and LNG facilities.
โ Familiarity with system completions, project systemization, commissioning documents, and check sheets.
