Brisbane CBD based, we are looking for an Endur developer who wants to move into the business systems analysis space.

The skills we are looking for:
- Ten or more years of Endur plugin code development experience across the Endur platform.
- A strong knowledge of AVS, and JVS.
- A good understanding of the different functions of a Trading business, from Front through to Back Office.
- A good understanding of the Endur system from configuration to deal capture, EOD reporting, and settlement.
- The ability to write complex SQL select statements, and a familiarity with an SQL development environment such as Toad.
- The ability to understand and design XML.
- A friendly individual who enjoys working in a team environment.
- An analytical thinker.
- A good communicator.
- Someone who never accepts the status quo when they feel it can be improved.
- Help the front office to enter complex deals into Endur (the trading and risk management system).
- Provide SEAU users, and associated teams help with systems and data related queries and requests.
- Be a first point of contact for Systems issues, resolving them where possible, and working with the IT team on the more complex problems.
- Work with the business users to understand new and changed requirements.
- Design solutions that meet requirements and fit nicely into the existing systems landscape.
- Write technical and functional specifications for the IT team (located both on and offshore).
- Work with IT to ensure that they understand specifications, the overall design, and the original requirement.
- Be flexible and take on board constructive criticism, adapting designs and specifications where they need it.
- Test new and changed functionality ensuring that it meets the specification, design, and requirement.
- Help users to test new and changed functionality.
- Work with IT to get new and changed functionality released into the production environment.
