Hiring: Systems Completion Coordinator
📍 Work Location: Onshore (Ras Laffan / Doha HQ), Qatar
📄 Contract Duration: Initial 3-year contract with possibility of extension
🕒 Work Schedule: 8-10 hours per day, Sunday to Thursday
✈️ Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF (Single Status)
🎓 Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
💼 Experience: Minimum 6 years
Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Systems Completion Coordinator to coordinate and ensure the implementation of Systems Completion (SC) requirements across multiple projects (CAT I-III) under the OES umbrella. The role is responsible for driving Systems Completion deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, managing punch lists, monitoring SC databases, and supporting project handover readiness in accordance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Ensure Systems Completion requirements are adequately reflected during FEED and incorporated into Operations Readiness Plans (ORPs).
🔹 Coordinate alignment between project-specific Systems Completion procedures and OES Handover requirements, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
🔹 Support the Completions & Handover Lead in drafting, reviewing, resolving comments, and obtaining ORP approvals.
🔹 Maintain and monitor Systems Completion databases/software and report SC progress in accordance with OES requirements.
🔹 Coordinate OES resource participation in project walkthroughs, inspections, check sheet completion, punch list generation, and closeout activities.
🔹 Ensure high-quality punch descriptions are submitted, reviewed, verified, and closed out in line with company requirements.
🔹 Facilitate timely review and approval of commissioning, startup dossiers, and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) certificates.
🔹 Provide input for weekly and monthly Systems Completion status reports.
🔹 Ensure commissioning procedures, work packs, turnover packages, and completion packages are developed and implemented in accordance with Systems Completion standards.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
✔ Minimum 6 years of multidisciplinary experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
✔ Strong experience in Systems Completion management, project interfaces, and stakeholder coordination.
✔ Experience managing Systems Completion databases/software and tracking deliverables.
✔ Knowledge of commissioning, startup, handover, and project completion processes.
✔ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
✔ Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and relevant technical applications.
