I’m currently recruiting for a Technical Asset Manager role overseeing a large portfolio of utility‑scale PV plants (over 300 MW + BESS) in Romania. The company acts as an IPP, has around 20 employees in Romania and is planning its further growth. This position reports to PMO.
It’s a high‑impact position that combines deep technical analysis with operational leadership. The role is responsible for asset performance and monitoring, O&M contractor management, technical & engineering oversight.
You would be responsible for the full technical and financial performance of the assets, from detecting underperformance early, leading root‑cause analyses, and enforcing O&M accountability, to supporting warranties, insurance claims, and technical due diligence.
Mode of work: office & onsite. The role involves sporadic trips to project sites, typically 2-3 times per month.
