Post-grad qualifications in technical or related fields. Desirable - 2.1 technical degree, or IT industry qualifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco etc)
3+ years’ experience in a customer facing technical IT role • Strong experience handling difficult stakeholders • Full & Clean driving license • Technical experience of mobile and web platform support • Experience delivering training to customers.
Excellent interpersonal skills • Highly developed planning, organizational and problem-solving skills • Outstanding technical and analytical ability.
