1. Context and Challenges
A leading eMobility platform provider develops an eMobility Service Provider platform enabling interconnection with Charge Point Operators (CPOs) in order to provide access to electric vehicle charging networks. In this context, the integration of new CPOs via P2P connection is a critical process involving complex technical operations, multi-team interactions, and business validations.
The objective of this assignment is to entrust an external profile with the management and execution of this process to ensure performance, quality, and repeatability.
2. Mission Objectives
The service covers the entire CPO integration process.
Phase 1: Onboarding and Scoping
The contractor will functionally report to the Roaming Squad responsible for these integrations.
Regular meetings will be held to track progress, manage risks, and prioritize integrations.

In this context, the integration of new CPOs via P2P connection is a critical process involving complex technical operations, multi-team interactions, and business validations.
The objective of this assignment is to entrust an external profile with the management and execution of this process to ensure performance, quality, and repeatability.
2. Mission Objectives
- End-to-end management of new CPO integrations
- Execution of technical steps required for integration (flow openings, testing, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with OCPI standards and internal practices
- Coordination of IT, Business, and external partner teams
- Reduction of lead times and securing production releases
- Ensuring the quality of production data flows
The service covers the entire CPO integration process.
Phase 1: Onboarding and Scoping
- Creation of communication channels (mostly in English)
- Verification of technical prerequisites
- Collection of CPO technical information
- Coordination of flow openings
- Environment configuration
- Updating technical repositories
- Creation of the CPO in the systems
- Management of the OCPI handshake
- Data synchronization (tokens, tariffs, locations)
- Organization of RFID and Remote tests
- Monitoring of OCPI flows
- Go/No-Go preparation
- Management of go-live
- Post go-live monitoring
- Support for internal teams

- Strong coordination skills
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS) and basic development knowledge in .NET/Java and NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Autonomous with a delivery-oriented mindset
- Experience in electric mobility
- Knowledge of protocols such as OCPI
