For our Client, a leading developer of renewable energy projects, we are conducting a recruitment process for the position of Technical Project Manager.

In this role, you will support the development of renewable energy projects, coordinate cooperation with external technical partners, and play a key role in the process of obtaining grid connection conditions.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze electrical systems and components for renewable energy projects, including technical specifications and integration requirements.
• Support the development and validation of technical concepts for renewable installations.
• Work closely with external design offices and engineers to ensure high-quality project documentation and compliance with engineering best practices.
• Perform detailed reviews of electrical schematics and construction drawings delivered by external design firms.
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant technical standards and legal regulations.
• Analyze grid connection possibilities and assess the impact of the project on existing electrical infrastructure.
• Manage the process of obtaining grid connection conditions – including preparing applications, coordinating submissions, and handling communication and negotiations with the TSO/DSO.


Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project engineering within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry.
• Knowledge of grid connection practices and electrical regulations applicable to renewable installations.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
• Fluency in Polish; English skills are a plus.
• Category B driving license.
