Experienced Technical Safety Engineers with hands-on capability in:
- Consequence modelling (PHAST / FLARESIM ; CFD advantageous)
- QRA, fire and explosion risk assessment
- Fire water systems understanding
- Safety studies such as TRM, HAZID, Bowtie, ALARP
- Barrier diagram development and Safety Case work
- Experience liaising with regulators and working to UK O&G legislation
- Lead safety studies (TRM, HAZID, Bowtie, ALARP)
- Develop Bowties and conduct consequence modelling
- Perform QRA, Event/Fault Tree modelling, and Hazardous Area Classification
- Deliver Safety Case updates and 5-year Thorough Reviews
- Manage technical safety studies with external contractors (EERA, PEA, OBRA, etc.)
- Provide safety input into MOC
- Ensure compliance with OSDR/SCR, PFEER, DSEAR, DCR, PSR, PSSR and stay aligned with evolving legislation
