Role Purpose
Provide first-layer technical support to the sales organization and selected customers for our client's Hybrid Power Package, acting as the primary technical interface between sales teams, customer technical requirements and Qingdao factory.
Key Technical Support Responsibilities

Key Technical Support Responsibilities
1. Customer Technical Engagement
- Respond to initial technical inquiries from potential OEM customers
- Conduct preliminary technical assessments of customer requirements
- Provide first-level technical guidance and product information
- Translate technical specifications and customer needs between teams
- Prepare technical response packages for sales opportunities
- Support sales team in technical product positioning
- Assist in creating technical proposal materials
- Help qualify technical feasibility of customer requests
- Act as primary technical point of contact for initial customer interactions
- Bridge communication between sales, engineering, and customer teams
- Translate technical documents and communications
- Identify and escalate complex technical requirements to specialized teams
- Provide initial troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
- Compile and report customer technical feedback
Required Technical Background
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Energy Systems, or related technical field
3-5 years of technical support experience in:
- Power systems
- Battery technologies
- Industrial equipment sales support
- Strong technical communication abilities
- Quick technical comprehension
- Customer-facing technical problem-solving
- Technical documentation skills
